§ 14.05. Subcontractors.

For purpose of enforcement and construction of this chapter the requirement of a receipt shall not apply solely to contractors or superintendents on the job or undertaking, but shall extend to subcontractors or employees not regularly employed by a firm or person licensed by the city.
