§ 16.04. Domestic animals.

(a)

Dogs and other pets will be excluded from any place where food and drinks are sold or consumed.

(b)

All dogs shall at all times be restrained and on adequate leashes (not greater than six (6) feet in length). Persons bringing such animals shall clean up after their animal. Violators shall be subject to fine.

(c)

In compliance with the regulations of the state board of health, all pets are excluded from all swimming areas and beaches.

(d)

Seeing eye and guide dogs shall be excluded from these regulations concerning domestic animals and shall be permitted in all park areas and facilities.
