§ 22.07. Disposition of revenues collected.

All revenue received, collected and derived from the taxes levied by this article shall be deposited by the treasurer of the city in its general operating account, and is hereby appropriated for the uses and purposes set forth in the annual operating budget for each fiscal year during which this article remains in effect. The taxes shall be included from year to year, in the city's budgets and appropriation ordinances.
