§ 24.58. Intent.

It is the intent of this article to establish stormwater management as a city utility enterprise in accordance with Section 403.0893, Florida Statutes, and to establish utility fees for stormwater management service to be levied against all developed property within the city to provide for the planning, design, construction, operation, maintenance, regulation, surveying, and inspection of the stormwater management facilities of the city.
