Editor's note

Ordinance No. 92-34, § 1, adopted December 7, 1992, adopted the Safety Harbor Land Development Code. Section 8.00 of such LDC repealed § 26.01 of the City Code. Formerly, such section pertained to adoption of the zoning ordinance and derived from § 28-1 of the 1970 Code.
